Overview

The Sparks Intern will engage in a dynamic role, rotating through various committees within The Legacy Program Philippines, and collaborate on a major projects from fundraising to developing our modules. This internship provides hands-on experience across different operational areas while allowing the intern to lead or contribute significantly to a key fundraising initiative. The intern will also be responsible for documenting their work and providing valuable insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Committee Rotation and Support:

- Support our mission by working in multiple committees such as Fundraising, Marketing, and Research in 2-3 month rotations. Gain experience, collaborate and even have the chance to lead your own initiatives with guidance and the help of an ambitious group.

 

Admin and Finance:

- Learn how to write accurate and clear minutes during meetings to support the team and ensure smooth communication. You will also learn how to prepare budgets and maintain accurate financial records to be published on the UK Charity Commission.

 

Research:

- Analyse information for the creation of our workshop activities to make learning as fun and engaging as possible! Collect data from our workshop to continually improve the quality of our pedagogy.

 

Learning and Development:

- Mentorship will be provided for active engagement and learning provided by briefings, meetings, and workshops within each committee.
