Our internship program is an opportunity to upskill, gain valuable work experience, and connect with a network of students, graduates, and educators. Through this initiative, we aim to empower the next generation of leaders and change makers within the Filipino community.
We are guided by community-oriented solutions to education. Our team uses in-house research and an ongoing dialogue with teachers, learners, and schools to understand student needs and provide targeted and effective support.

The Sparks Internship offers two dynamic streams: The General Stream and The Creative Stream. Both streams offer opportunities to collaborate with different committees and participate in the developmental workshops.

In the General Stream, interns will rotate through various committees such as Events, Marketing, Research, and Finance, contributing to diverse projects, including workshops, fundraising, and research. This stream is ideal for someone who wants to cultivate skills in project management and communication across different work settings.

The Creative Stream allows interns to shape the organisation’s vision by working on the Creative Team on major projects. Interns will design engaging visuals, assist with social media, and support the development of modules and workshops.
