Overview

The Sparks Intern will engage in a dynamic role, contributing to shaping the vision and creative direction of the organisation alongside the Creative Team within The Legacy Program Philippines.

 

You will be able to collaborate on major projects from designing engaging graphics, assisting with social media posts, and contributing to creative projects that reflect and promote our mission. You will also have the opportunity to support the development of our modules and workshops, encouraging students to think creatively and innovatively. This internship provides hands-on experience across different creative disciplines, allowing the intern to explore creatively. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all visual content aligns with our branding and messaging.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain reports of your project activities, tasks and contributions whilst highlighting your challenges and insights which you can feedback to the team or through 1-on-1 check ins.

​

Graphic Design:

- Create compelling visual content and digital assets for marketing campaigns, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts, for various platforms.

- Ensure all designs align with The Legacy Program Philippines’ brand identity and messaging.

​

Workshop Support:

- Play an active role in designing essential elements for workshops and courses aimed at educating and involving students in the creative industry to inspire young talent to explore creative careers.

​

Hands-on Marketing Experience:

- Gain experience in branding and brand-building while supporting the development of live marketing campaigns. You will evolve our brand identity and share our story in a strong and consistent way across multiple platforms.

​

Learning and Development:

- Mentorship will be provided by the Creative director and other team members to ensure continuous learning through experience reflection and enhancement of skills. This will be available through briefings, meetings and workshops.

  • Commitment: Able to contribute 1-4 hours per week to assigned tasks, including research, fundraising, and project support.

  • Career Development: Motivated to continue personal and professional growth, seeking to develop skills in areas such as education, project management, and communication.

  • Highly Organised: Capable of managing multiple tasks, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines for research, fundraising, and project-related activities.

  • Good Communicator: Communicates clearly and effectively, both in written reports and during collaborative team meetings.
