Purpose and Overview 

The Legacy Sparks Volunteer Programme aims to engage 

university students in event coordination/administrative

roles to support the Legacy Programme's educational events. This scheme provides hands-on experiences in event planning, coordination, and execution, fostering professional development, networking opportunities, and personal fulfilment.

Duration

The programme spans 6-8 months.

Rotation

Volunteers will rotate around 3-4 committees (every 2 months), fostering diverse experiences and skill development.

Mentorship

Each volunteer will be assigned to a team leader to provide guidance and support throughout the programme.

Application and Selection Process

- Streamlined online application with personal, academic, and skills information.
- Application review by the board and skills assessment.
- Interview for successful candidates.
- Notification of decision and volunteer induction.

Expectations from Volunteers

- Regular commitment to assigned committees with recorded attendance.
- Participation in at least 50% of Legacy Programme events.
- Completion of two rotations with approval from committee heads.
- Bi-weekly welfare checkups with a board member.
